The Shore Boats were the iconic ferries that once connected the Japonski Island community of Mt. Edgecumbe with the town of Sitka, Alaska. A former US Navy tender, the Arrowhead had her superstructure built by boat building students of Mt. Edgecumbe High School in the 1950s.
