Look like a local. These are waxed cotton (waterproof!) ball caps, which are very popular in Sitka, Alaska, with our 8 feet or so of rain a year!

Very high quality caps, fully adjustable with a strap in the back. They have a gorgeous embroidered Sitka Maritime Heritage Society logo featuring the Shore Boat Arrowhead.

The Shore Boats were the iconic ferries that once connected the Japonski Island community of Mt. Edgecumbe with the town of Sitka, Alaska. A former US Navy tender, the Arrowhead had her superstructure built by boat building students of Mt. Edgecumbe High School. (Deep Tan, Black, Dark Brown)
